Cold room panel are made of modular fabrication with polyurethane insulation with different dimensions, which make it flexible for construction different sizes of an ideal cold storage room. The modular design allows for easy assembly and disassembly. All panels are injected with 100% polyurethane with an average density of 40KG/M3 firmly glued to the metal, which has a variety of finishes available to meet the customers specific requirement.

please find the following information which can help you to know more about our panel: 1)Panel:polyurethane panels are of 100% polyurethane insulation foamed by high pressure, density about 43kg/m3,with flame retardant.The panels are convex(male)and concave(female) type,with cam locks preburried inside the panels,use hexagonal key assemble and disassemble 2)Steel sheet cover: painted galvanized steel steel, we also have stucco embossed aluminum, stainless steel,and PVC stell. 3)Panel thickness: for the standard cold room is 100mm 50mm (operating temperature 5 or above) 75mm(operating temperature -5 or above) 100mm (operating temperature -25 or above) 150mm (operating temperature -45 or above) 200mm (operating temperature -55 or above) for the painted galvanized steel, we have two kinds,i.e: surface with 0.326mm thick painted galvanzied steel and surface with 0.426mm thick painted galvanzied steel, now, we have promote the panel which surface with 0.326mm thick painted galvanzied steel, expecially the panel with 100mm and 150mm thick. 4)door: convex door,we also have hinge door, sliding door 5)refrigeration unit: copeland brand compressor 6)all necessary fittings are included
